About Delivery of Products
If we have your order in stock, we will complete the assembly of the rain chain and ship it within approximately 1 week from the date of your order. (Hamon types may take approximately 3 weeks.) The delivery time after shipment varies depending on the destination. Please check with the tracking number provided upon shipment. However, if the item is out of stock, it may take up to 3 to 4 months, so we encourage you to contact us promptly and as early as possible.
During shipping, customs in each country may need to confirm the package with the recipient (the customer). In such cases, the carrier or our company will contact you by phone or email. If we are unable to reach the recipient (the customer), the package may be discarded.If the package is returned to the sender (SEO Inc.) by customs or if it is discarded by customs, our company is unable to assume responsibility for the cost of re-delivery or the discarded products. Therefore, please pay close attention to calls and emails from the carrier or our company.
- In principle, we do not accept returns or exchanges after the arrival of the product. However, if the request for return or exchange of the product is due to defects, therefore our responsibility, then please contact us via the contact form within one week of the arrival.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges passed that one-week period. - In general, after receiving the returned product, we will refund the amount within one month after inspection.

Rain chains for traditional Japanese-style architecture. The shape of Migumo is made in the motif of a flower opening toward the sky. The petal-shaped portion is made of copper. Depth is expressed by coloring the copper petals to make them more 3D. The metal fittings connecting the flowers are made of stainless steel to add strength. The cups inside the flowers are designed to collect water so that the water flows nicely. Manufactured to last for many years.

Installing rain chain on a square gutter
Step1
Φ45mm hole (Φ60mm hole for L size rain chain) in a gutter for an outlet.
Step2
Pop in a gutter outlet and apply caulking as needed to seal a joint for leakage prevention.
Step3
Hook a stainless steel wire to the top of a rain chain and pull up a wire through an outlet.
Step4
Fasten a stainless steel wire onto a bracket and fix it in place so that it is positioned at the center of a hole. Cut off excessive wire.
Installing rain chain on a round gutter
Step1
Cut about Φ25mm hole (Φ40mm for L size) in a round gutter. Fold the clipped edges down vertically.
Step2
Set a bracket in the middle of a hole from STEP 1.
Step3
Pass a stainless steel wire through the top of a rain chain and pull up a wire through a gutter hole.
Step4
Fasten a stainless steel wire onto a bracket and fix it in place so that it is positioned at the center of a hole. Cut off excessive wire.
