About Delivery of Products

If we have your order in stock, we will complete the assembly of the rain chain and ship it within approximately 1 week from the date of your order. (Hamon types may take approximately 3 weeks.) The delivery time after shipment varies depending on the destination. Please check with the tracking number provided upon shipment. However, if the item is out of stock, it may take up to 3 to 4 months, so we encourage you to contact us promptly and as early as possible.

During shipping, customs in each country may need to confirm the package with the recipient (the customer). In such cases, the carrier or our company will contact you by phone or email. If we are unable to reach the recipient (the customer), the package may be discarded.If the package is returned to the sender (SEO Inc.) by customs or if it is discarded by customs, our company is unable to assume responsibility for the cost of re-delivery or the discarded products. Therefore, please pay close attention to calls and emails from the carrier or our company.

Customs duties, import taxes, and any other applicable charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination country/region and the details of your order.

The types of taxes and their applicability vary depending on the laws and regulations of each country.

Toh / Ta-ke / Toh L / Tama L

※ L size rain chains (Toh L / Tama L) will include:
   - Large size of Gutter outlet
   - Large size of Bracket

Installing rain chain on a square gutter

Step1

Φ45mm hole (Φ60mm hole for L size rain chain) in a gutter for an outlet.

Step2

Pop in a gutter outlet and apply caulking as needed to seal a joint for leakage prevention.

Step3

After attaching a designated long bolt on the top of a rain chain, screw a hexagon nut onto a long bolt, then pull up through a stainless steel gutter outlet.

Step4

Put a long bolt through the center hole in a bracket, pull up, then screw a second
hexagon nut firmly.

Step5

Screw a wing nut tightly on top of a hexagon nut.

  Notes   

*There had been a case where a rain chain had fallen off, due to a rainstorm which caused a nut to become lose from hard swinging. Please take measures to lock a nut by bending a screw point or crushing a thread.     

Addition   

 

 

 

Installing rain chain on a round gutter

 

 

Step1

Cut about Φ25mm hole (Φ40mm for L size) in a round gutter. Fold the clipped edges down vertically.

 

Step2

After attaching a designated long bolt on the top of a rain chain, fasten a hexagon nut onto a long bolt, then pull up a long bolt through a gutter hole.

 

Step3

Put a long bolt through the center hole in a bracket and screw a second hexagon nut tightly.

Step4

Screw an additional wing nut tightly over a hexagon nut.
