This private residence was selected by our company as part of the 2023 OZONE “Ie-Design” Monitor Housing Program.
The design was led by Santosha Architecture Office.

The exterior features striking yakisugi (charred cedar) siding, with a thoughtful use of natural and recycled materials throughout the home.
A TohL (Black) rain chain is installed just behind the gate, guiding rainwater to a basin set within the approach.
